Every visit I have been to has been a success. Hightly recommend. For different sporting injuries he has fixed me up within about 2-3 visits. But one that really stands out is I went to see him about my hip as it had been playing up for over a year. I had tried 2 different ciro's, massage and Remedial in the capalaba area and no solution was found. Then i visit my physio 2 weeks and he fixed it permantly within 3 visits. Well worth a visit and absolutly recommend him.

Karthik at Capalaba My Physio is amazing. I got IMMEDIATE relief!! Karthik continues to amaze me with his skill and also professionalism, and what seems to me like his sixth sense for the work he does on your body! Also I find Karthik to be sensitive and considerate and a really great guy to deal with as he is patient, polite, understanding and gentle along the whole ride. This service is really excellent. Caring and expert staff, in a convenient location. Karthik has treated me for bursitis with dry needling and massage, with excellent results. He also applied hot paraffin wax treatment for a hand problem, again with excellent results. Cannot praise this service more highly!

I have had ongoing shoulder arm and hand pain for a few years. This resulted in weakness to my whole arm. I had been in severe pain when I had my first treatment. The reduction from severe pain was almost immediate. I have been now having treatment for several weeks and have noticed a significant improvement in strength and reduction in pain. I cant speak highly enough of My Physio at Capalaba, especially Karthik. I have had issues with my shoulder and back for a few months. Karthik was so helpful explaining to me what treatment he recommended for my problems. The treatment he gave me with dry needling has worked wonders. I began Pilates with Chris at MY PHYSIO at Capalaba 6 months ago. I had back pain and it was suggested that i could benefit from strengthening my core muscles. I have found the class to be very helpful and it wasnt too long before my core was very strong, resulting in no more back pain. The studio is air conditioned and this makes it easy to exercise. Chris is a very friendly, pleasant and polite young man who has a big interest in fitness and helping us to achieve our goals which is so important for our physical and mental wellbeing. I would highly recommend MY PHYSIO for Pliates classes

After only three visits already a massive improvement in movement and strength, and a big reduction in muscle and joint resistance after breaking both the bones in my leg very close to the ankle. Karthik is great, he's intuitive, competent and thorough, providing dry needling, manipulation and exercises. Highly recommend. 👍

When I first started physio with Karthik I was suffering from neck, shoulder and elbow injuries. He has been so helpful throughout my recovery, and I can't thank him enough for all of the knowledge he has shared with me along the way. Clinical Pilates has been a very effective way to strengthen my body, and even though I've been pain free and strong for at least 5 months now, I still see 'my physio' for a weekly Pilates class. I went to My Physio for fluid on the knee and was recommended here by my Dr who gave me referral. I had ultrasound and circulation pads and was given stretch excersises that I could do at home by following a link to an app that was sent to me which I thought was pretty cool. Up to date equipment and a friendly set up. My knee is better and I can kneel again with no pain. Help support our local business.

Went to Karthik with severe pain in my jaw with a dislocated TMJ joint. Karthik knew exactly how to fix the problem and after 2 visits and amazing advice- my jaw is fabulous. Thank you. Such a knowledgeable and friendly man. Now seeing him to fix a long going achilles issue. Been in agony for a long time with various advice from different doctors- not helping. I have been seeing Karthik for a couple of months now after presenting to him with severe pain from a frozen shoulder and calcific tendonitis. I had sought help with other treatments over a number of months previously and my condition only worsened. I can honestly say that after only two treatments from Karthic, the pain was reduced by 70-80 percent. I was so relieved and, after a number of subsequent visits, my shoulder is almost back to full mobility. He is an excellent physiotherapist, very knowledgeable and friendly and someone who genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for his patients! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Karthik is the best physio I have ever been to. Recently I had dreadful vertigo and immediately booked an appointment with him. His calm and professional manner was such a comfort to me as I was feeling really terrible. I could hardly walk and felt so nauseous from being so dizzy. After the first treatment I felt so much better and hardly had to take any medication at all. After my second visit a week later, I felt even better. And I have not had to take any medication at all. No more follow up visits either. Both my husband and I have been helped in many other physio areas with Karthik as well. Every time we walk away feeling so much better. I originally was told by a foot specialist that all I would need would be a cortisone shot. Got that done that didn’t work. So I came and seen my physio. And he was able to pin point what the issue was. A few months of ultra sounds and foot exercises and I was good to go

Because i suffer from chronic Rheumatoid arthritis general physio is not suitable for me. However through NDIS funding Karthick from "My PHYSIO Capalaba" is able to provide one-on-one hydrotherapy personaly designed for my needs and i have benefited tremendously with this type of therapy. The buoyancy of the water supports my weight while performing personally designed exercises that relaxes my muscles and ease my joint pain.
